On June 29th, 1613, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre was set alight accidentally by a cannon spark.
Every September, Reverend Linnet comes to our school to help us celebrate the Harvest Festival. Each class writes and reads poems and prayers as a thanksgiving for all the wonderful food grown around the year.
Jon Thaxton comes to Brundall School for Anti-bullying Week.
The outstanding talents of Brundall School rediscovered by a visitor called Lucky Moyo from Zimbabwe, lucky taught years 3, 4, 5 & 6 a dance called ‘the gumboot dance’.
Years 5 & 6 all enjoyed the walk across the field to Braydestone Church for the Harvest Festival.

Shakespeare Week was great fun. Puffin Class set up its own replica William Shakespeare’s writing desk, complete with quills, ink, blotting paper and sealing wax. They wrote their names in copperplate, then had a go at writing Shakespearean insults and complements!
On Sunday 10th May, Brundall village held its very first ‘Recycled’ Sculpture Trail and our school was invited to take part by organiser, Karen Steadman.
Our ‘Small is Beautiful’ art exhibition was the showcase for some of the superb learning that went on around our school in Beauty Week.
