OTT Week
OTT Week was indeed exactly how we predicted it to be… an Outstanding Topic Traders spectacular!
Every now and again we have Special Arts Weeks when the whole school gets involved. Have a look at what we have been up to below.

OTT Week was indeed exactly how we predicted it to be… an Outstanding Topic Traders spectacular!
On June 29th, 1613, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre was set alight accidentally by a cannon spark.
Shakespeare Week was great fun. Puffin Class set up its own replica William Shakespeare’s writing desk, complete with quills, ink, blotting paper and sealing wax. They wrote their names in copperplate, then had a go at writing Shakespearean insults and complements!
In May, we celebrated living in Norfolk by having week-long activities entirely based around Norfolk history, geography and local traditions. We even learned some Norfolk dialect! Each class chose a Norfolk village, town or city to study, then we held our very own ‘Norfolk Show’ on the last day.
Bridgit Warns taught Y4 pupils and teachers to belly dance during T.A.T week with a ‘Turkish Animated Tummies’ workshop.
T.A.T week ended with a ‘TAT Walk’ show. All the pupils demonstrated a dance, drama, music or visual art from the week.
Tony Bailey (reknowned for leading The Falconers Marching Band) came and created ‘The Brundall Conga’.
Y3 chose ‘Tiaras And Tuxedos’ for their T.A.T. theme. They set up a ‘Tattingham Towers School of Ettiquette’.
In May we held our ‘Special Commonwealth’ week. Pupils from each KS2 class were split up and sent to different commonwealth countries for the week, so we had Y3,Y4, Y5 & Y6 pupils all working together to explore their new country’s culture and history!
