Puffins Build New Bug Complex
Emily came from the How Hill Study Center to visit the Puffins. She brought several old wooden pallets, stones, roof tiles and some reed. Owl Pellet Dissection
Emily came to visit us from How Hill Study Center and brought some Barn Owl pellets for us to dissect.
Little Red Robin Hood
The puppets dressed up as characters from Little Red Riding Hood and Robin Hood and it all got mixed up.
Penguin Class – Living Things Topic
We had lots of hands on, real learning opportunities. We visited our school pond and the local garden centre.
Penguin Class visit Africa Alive
We had an exciting day at the zoo. As part of our topic on “Journeys” we travelled to Kessinglnad and explored African animals and their habitats.
French Exchange
The other day, Puffins and Swans exchanged teachers. Miss Peers taught sketchbook skills to the Y5 class, and Madame Sutton taught French to the Y2/3s.
