Brundall’s Got Talent

On March 24th Brundall hosted it’s first talent show, based on the popular tv show ‘Britain’s Got Talent.’

After weeks of rehearsals, the audience finally got to see what all of the children had been talking about. The acts included singing, dancing, acting, poetry reading and gymnastics. All of the acts were of high quality and proved that the children of Brundall School, do in fact, have talent!

Awards were given at the end of the evening’s entertainment to the following categories and winners:

  • Star of the Night – Alex Meadowcroft , Year 6, for his breakdancing
  • Most Likely to be Famous  -  Owen and Ashley Holdsworth, Year 6, for their singing
  • Cutest Act – The Flipperoons, Annie Webb and Max Hoy, Year 3, for their gymnastic routine
  • Most Original Act  -  Adam Alderton, Year 6, for his poetry reading
  • Most Dedicated Act  -  Chloe Diggines, Year 5, for her piano performance of ‘Memories’ from the show ‘Cats.’
  • Best costume  -  Tick Tockers, Year 6 , for their 80’s ‘fame’ styled outfit

A big thank you must go out to all involved, including the staff, Sian Jones for her drama group performance,  FOBS  and of course, all of the children and their parents for making the show an exciting and memorable night.
