Class 5O established a Bread Making Technology Unit. In the unit the children investigated existing bread recipes and then adapted them by adding in their own additional ingredients (hence the ‘green choc chip’ rolls that you can see in the photos!) The children then tested their products, evaluated them and make packaging too.
