Miss Bond was sent out into the wild at deepest Holt for a two day course on Forest School training. She learnt to make fairy ladders, build bonfires, shelters, etc…and also did lots of theory about what a forest school is. She will be spending a third day at a fully- functioning forest school, where she will find out more about how they run. Miss Bond is looking forward to a day working with children in a forest setting. When interviewed, Miss Bond said “My favourite part of the course (so far) was being outside, feeling feral and fancy free! It’s hard to remember who I am in the mornings… I sometimes think I’m Bear Grylls!”
