The Crew Holiday Club

The Crew Holiday Club gives children the opportunity to participate in a wide range of sporting and non-sporting activities, as well as playing with other children.

Summer Holiday Club - Weeks commencing 22nd July 2024, 29th July 2024,

5th August 2024 and 12th August 2024

Cost

AM session (8:30am - 12:30pm) - £10.00

PM session (1.00pm - 5:30pm) - £10.00

(If you book both the morning and afternoon session, it will include a lunch from 12:30pm - 1.00pm)

What can you expect from the Club?

45 hours of childcare per week, provided by well qualified, caring and experienced staff.

Excellent staff:child ratios for all activities.

An exciting, safe and structured multi-activity holiday programme that takes place within the School grounds.

An invaluable opportunity for your child/children to make friends, try new activities and have lots of fun in a safe and caring environment.

A hot or cold meal and snacks throughout the day.

Drop off

The Crew' Holiday Club is accessed through the Crew entrance via the main car park. Children must be dropped off between 8.30am and 9.00am (full day) or 1:00pm (half day).

Collection

All children must be signed out by Parents/Carers from the Crew Club. This again is accessed through the Crew entrance via the main car park. Children must be collected at 12.30pm (half day) or between 5.00pm and 5.30pm (full day).

We cannot accept responsibility for any child who arrives before 8.30am. The provision finishes promptly at 5.30pm. An additional charge of £5.00 will be incurred for each 15 minute period that a child is left in our care.

What do they need to bring?

All children will need to bring the following items each day, all of which should be clearly named.

Water bottle

Named Sun Hat and Sun Cream

Appropriate clothing / Waterproof

Outdoor trainers

Spare pair of shoes and socks

Behaviour

It is our belief that every member of the school community should feel valued and respected, and that each person should be treated fairly and considerately. It is vitally important that this club allows people to feel happy, safe and secure. Behaviour which falls below the required standard will be dealt with as per the school behaviour policy. A member of the Senior Leadership Team will be on call to support if needed.

Medical/First Aid

Please give any medication with full instructions to a member of staff on arrival.

You will also be asked to complete a new Medicine Form.

A first aider will be on duty at all times.
