#Schools Against Racism

What an amazing week! The school was buzzing from the excitement of working with Tom Woods from The Sports Factory and spreading this important message of treating everyone with respect.

Each class had the opportunity to learn new skills, including warm up games, attacking and defending and playing in a lunchtime tournament. Tom ended the week by awarding individual and team awards. The posters and football clips show how hard the children worked to support this national campaign.

We plan to create a short film of the football videos and to showcase the posters in our school hall.

Thank you Tom and of course the children! We look forward to the new Years 3/4, 5/6 after school football clubs as well as an all girls lunchtime club starting in June. Information and permission letters will be sent home shortly with further details.

This was just what we all needed!
